How We Can Help
CompLinx use predetermined carrier filters from both national as well as regional Insurance partners with varying degrees of acceptable industry types and eligibility standards. Our partners understand workers’ compensation insurance and we work to accurately demonstrate your needs thoroughly to determine if you are with the most suitable company. We do not sell Insurance; we simply assist with the location of the appropriate market which best fits for your companies needs.
Although our focus has been on clients placed or dumped in State Funds, Assigned Risk Pools or other Residual Markets, we are constantly working with clients to review their current workers’ compensation programs. Whether you are insured through a PEO/Leasing Company or a standard workers’ compensation carrier, we can analyze your program and compare the pricing and services you require.

Example of our Services
Recently, I heard a story of a policyholder which was a residential and commercial roofing company. The policyholder had been with the same agent for a number of years and was constantly being approached by other agents offering better pricing and a variety of services not offered by his current agent. The policyholder found CompLinx on their own and contacted a representative who reviewed each scenario. Our conclusion was that changing carriers may save money initially however the new carrier (Company X) was not in our opinion the best option. Company X was “dipping their toe” in construction and was more well known for hospitality and service related accounts. We were concerned primarily for the handling of a claim(s) if and/or when someone fell from a roof versus cut their finger on a slicer. The client agreed and has remained with the same carrier for 5 years – quite happily I might add. Currently Company X is no longer writing construction related accounts which would have caused this client to either go back to the original carrier with his tail between his legs or find a new carrier writing roofing accounts.
